How can the Oklahoma legislature even begin to justify life in prison for a non-violent act of using a plant and it’s oil that has never killed a single person in its tens of thousands of years of use?  What the hell are they smoking in the Oklahoma Legislature? What ever it is, it’s seemed to have given them a major case of reefer madness!

The real crime here is the act of locking non-violent people in a prison cell for life for using a harmless plant.  Now that’s a crime, A crime that takes away a persons life, liberty and happiness by force, fraud and intimidation.

We must make sure that not a single person who voted on this bill (HB1798) gets re-ealected, we must make sure that Mary Fallin is a one term Governor!  We must stand strong and we must get active!

Oklahomans Get Life For Extracting Cannabis Oil

It is with deep regret and concern that we bring you this news that HB1798 has been passed into law.  Governor Mary Fallin signed HB1798 into law on April 29th 2011. Oklahomans will now get up to a double life sentence for extracting cannabis oil.  So much for reducing our prison population, and so much for Governors Mary Fallin’s request that Oklahomans start taking responsibility for their own lives and their own health.  Oklahoma is now pushed back to the dark ages of the Salem Witch Hunts.

I would just like to know where they think they get the authority to control and regulate nature, to control and regulate individual people’s mind, body and soul. Where  do they get it?

It certainly doesn’t come from the 17 delegated powers granted by the Constitution of the United States of America.  I certainly never agreed to give any man any authority over my mind, body or soul.  So how can this and similar laws even have any force, where does the force of these laws come from?

Oklahoma, we have our work cut out for us here. Please get active and start a local group or movement to repeal cannabis prohibition now. We must work to end these unconstitutional violations of our most basic of rights given to us by our creator, not our government. STAND UP!

Turns out HB 1798 has already passed the Senate and the House and is waiting the signature of Governor Mary Fallin.  She is expected to sign the bill this week.

*Tell her that we don’t need more victimless crimes in the state of Oklahoma
*No one has ever died from cannabis, hemp or marijuana
* This will reverse her recent signing of a bill that would reduce the prison population of Oklahoma

Would she be willing to swear under oath and under full commercial liability and penalty of perjury, that we the people do not have a Natural, lawful, and unalienable birth right to all things our creator gave us, including but not limited to our mind,body,soul and the plant cannabis,hemp or marijuana?

OKLAHOMA CITY — Converting marijuana to hashish could land Oklahomans a life prison sentence under a bill approved in the Oklahoma Senate.

The Senate voted 44-2 for the bill on Wednesday, which now heads to the House for final consideration.

The bill was requested by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, which said the state has seen few cases of hash manufacturing in Oklahoma.

OBNDD spokesman Mark Woodward said the goal of the bill is to “send a message” that illegal drugs won’t be tolerated in Oklahoma.

Conviction of a first offense of cooking hashish would result in a prison sentence from two years to life in prison. Sentences would be doubled under a second offense, and those convicted would not be eligible for a suspended sentence or probation.

Fellow Oklahomans, we must band together and stop this bill (House Bill 1798) in the House. We don’t need more victimless crimes in Oklahoma, and we certainly don’t need to be throwing our citizens in prison for life for extraction of cannabis oil. The sooner we act on this the better!

Please contact your State Congressman by phone or mail and tell them not to pass this bill, enough is enough! Tell them if they vote yes on the passage of this bill you will consider a sign they no longer wish to be in office. Tell them to keep their laws off our body, mind, soul and all things nature has given us. The only thing that is acceptable for the to support in regards to cannabis/hemp and marijuana is a complete repeal of cannabis prohibition.
